He can't seem to convince the players to bend their hat bills properly. It's not as bad as those California teams with the ironed-flat gangsta hat bills, and I'm not asking for hillbilly-style wrapped-around-a-baseball bills, but there needs to be a little more curvature, for heaven's sake.
