Good for Barret, and good for the team. I'd love for us to be known as a place where good pitchers learn to be MLB-caliber pitchers.

Wouldn't we all, but the draft doesn't prove that point. We need them to actually make the majors, not the minors. Loux does have a very good chance.

True enough - he's not yet Nolan Ryan (who is?), but being drafted #6 overall will earn him a big payday which might be proof enough. It also tells prospects that pro scouts, at least, like the kind of teaching and development that happens in Aggieland.
